The staff was friendly and welcoming during my stay.
The air conditioning in the room was ineffective, leaving it uncomfortably warm. I also found the room size cramped, making it challenging to move around comfortably. Additionally, the fridge wasn't functional, which made it difficult to keep drinks cool.

central location, comfortable accommodations, large windows with natural light
Noise issues from the street disturbed sleep!!! Air conditioning malfunctions left rooms uncomfortably warm. Limited parking accessibility frustrated many guests!!! Funds spent on small rooms with cluttered arrangements detracted from enjoyable stays.

We had an awesome time staying here with friends. The staff at reception helped us book tickets for guided tours, which made exploring attractions like Huerta de San Vicente super easy. The hotel’s location was perfect for grabbing a taxi or just strolling around. Plus, the TV room and library were nice touches for relaxing in the evenings.
One downside was the breakfast experience. It started late, and when we arrived, the coffee was still cold from the previous day, which was a bit disappointing.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel, with a comfortable room and a great breakfast. Everything looked just like the photos, but the communal relaxing room was surprisingly small. Would totally return!

A convenient location with an excellent value. The room was spacious and the comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep. The bathroom, though fully equipped, showed signs of age, and the breakfast service left much to be desired. While the staff's friendliness varied, their overall attitude didn’t enhance the experience, as some appeared disengaged, particularly during breakfast, when the coffee was cold and pastries were stale. Still, a few highlights were the cleanliness and the mini fridge in the room, making the stay manageable.
